The Challenge
Aspiring tax preparers needed a structured path from beginner to return-ready, learning tax law on paper first and then each software package as a short track — with AI tutor support and optional human expert help.
Our Solution
Designed and built an academy website with a clear 5-level program map, professional and self-prep learning paths, AI tutors (Marcus and Elena) with voice support, a credentialed expert directory, and a credentials dashboard.
