Terms of Service

1. Services
Lambo Digital provides web design, graphic design, app design, video creation, social media marketing, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements.
2. Project Agreements
Each project will be governed by a separate agreement that outlines the scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. These terms are supplementary to the project-specific agreement.
3. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed: A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion. For larger projects, milestone-based payments may be arranged. Payments are due within 14 days of invoice date.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you receive full ownership of all deliverables including source files. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, etc.) remain subject to their original licenses.
5. Revisions
Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. A revision round consists of consolidated feedback on current deliverables. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
6. Cancellation
If you cancel a project after work has begun, you will be billed for all work completed up to the cancellation date. The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Montreal, Quebec.
